Mr. EDWIN RAGOS ENRILE, Vice Minister of Tourism of Philippines(vice-ministerial level) at the time, once attended the “2019 Seminar on SMEs Management for Philippine” held by Shanghai training base. During the seminar, SBS brought Vice Minister ENRILE into contact with Shanghai Juneyao Airlines. The two sides discussed Sino-Philippine airline businesses, and ultimately selected three Philippine cities for air traffic with China. Considering his expertise and industrial background, SBS appointed Vice Minister ENRILE as a guest professor in 2020.
